Pansanity started off as a workout, which was offered to many local gyms in North London. We then found a great location in the heart of Barnet, which we were able to set up Pansanity Fitness Studio with affordable pricing, creative classes daily and a community of friendship which became just as much of an attraction as the fitness itself.

Based in North London Business Park, Pansanity provides an invaluable service to stressed out clients who often pop in after a hard days work to train. As well as getting a good workout, this acts as a stress reliever vital for maintaining good mental health.

We have partnered up with Les Mills to bring you the worlds leading studio fitness programs, such as BodyPump, BodyCombat and BodyBalance.

A class to test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge in an all set up studio with various exercise stations. Maximising your workout by reducing the rest period on each round.


A semi-heavy barbell class mixed with your own body weight exercises to support with muscle toning and weight loss. This will speed up your metabolism and help burn fat for longer once you’ve finished your workout.


This is a class that blends exercises from three popular disciplines; Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into a flowing workout set to beautiful music.


BoxFit is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit.
